Notetaker Joins Automatically: GameTape’s Notetaker will join your meeting using the name you’ve assigned it (e.g., “Richard’s Notetaker”).
Zoom-Specific Permissions: If you’re using Zoom, the Notetaker will request permission from the host to record the meeting. Ensure the host grants this permission for proper recording.
2. After the Meeting
Meeting Availability: Your recorded meeting will appear in the ‘Meetings’ tab within a few minutes. You’ll be able to access the full recording and transcript here.
Moments Labels: Key moments (e.g., feedback, delegation) will be automatically identified and labeled within 15–30 minutes. These insights will help you understand and analyze the meeting effectively. For more information on exploring Moments, refer to the Moments article.
