Our team will now work with you to understand your needs and provide you with handpicked, world-class coaches for you to consider engaging.

Everything you share with us is considered confidential. We will ask you for explicit permission before sharing with anyone.

Once you select a coach, we will memorialize commercial terms in an order form which will define how much you pay and on what schedule.

Client Behavior Guidelines

We ask that clients and coaches respect all laws, regulations, and rules of decorum while engaging. We have zero-tolerance for harassment or discrimination of any kind.

Clients may not solicit work from coaches outside of Titan. Titan coaches cannot form coaching relationships with you outside of Titan, and we enforce strict penalties if they do.

Clients may not engage coaches directly about contract or payment terms. Titan manages all contract terms & payments between clients and coaches.

We ask that clients don't talk badly about Titan or its coaches in public or online. Titan has strict policies against disparagement.

Things to know

We do not offer cash refunds, however, during our engagement you may ask to switch your coach, in which case we will work with you to find a new coach and apply any remaining payment balance towards the new coaching engagement

Any deposit you pay prior to starting the match process is non-refundable but will be applied toward the cost of your coaching engagement.

All our coaches operate as independent contractors, not employees of Titan. We are not responsible for any recommendations, introductions, or advice given by coaches. You can find more information on our terms of service here
