Role Overview
As the Chief of Staff at Titan, you will play a critical role in our fast-growing company, working directly with the CEO and COO to scale the core matchmaking business. This position is perfect for a dynamic operator who thrives in a high-growth environment. You will have the unique opportunity to engage with top human performance experts and venture-backed founders helping to drive our mission forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for prospects, clients, and coaches ensuring exceptional service and support.
- Client Research: Conduct outbound activities, including online research and cold outreach to potential clients and partners.
- Business Case Writing: Write highly detailed cases on business and executive team scenarios.
- Administrative Support: Manage scheduling, communication, and administrative tasks for the executive team.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative content to support and streamline sales and marketing efforts.
- CRM Management: Design and maintain a top-tier CRM system for managing client and coach interactions.
- Operational Efficiency: Streamline processes, conduct research, and analyze data to support business decisions.

Dave McGibbon
Co-Founder & COO
Previously the founder & CEO of Passbase, a B2B SaaS company that raised $17M, was acquired in 2023, and voted Top 100 Places to Work NYC in 2022. He was awarded Forbes 30 under 30 in 2020. Prior to building Passbase, Dave spent five years at Alphabet & GoogleX, launching and commercializing moonshot projects in robotics, energy, and cybersecurity.
